An easy start. The workout:
Run BF about 3 miles in 30 minutes
Small break
Row 10027m in 48:07 (aweful experience)
Run 1.5 miles
Peter Dunn in "Kelly". 18" box. 15# ball. 27ish (Didnt stop on time).
